Flow IV provides mobile IV hydration and wellness support in Las Vegas hotels, homes, and event spaces. Every appointment includes clinician screening to help determine whether IV therapy is appropriate. IV therapy is not emergency care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or concerning, call 911 or seek urgent medical care.

Who this may be appropriate for

Kids Myers may be appropriate for eligible children who need gentle hydration and nutrient wellness support after clinician screening and parent or guardian consent. It is designed for mobile convenience, but pediatric appointments require careful review before service is provided.

Families may consider this option after travel, heat exposure, busy sports schedules, low appetite, or general wellness needs when symptoms are mild and the child is otherwise stable. It is not a replacement for pediatric medical care.

A parent or legal guardian must be present for the appointment, provide health history, answer screening questions, and consent to care. Children with concerning symptoms should be evaluated by their pediatrician, urgent care, or emergency care rather than booking mobile IV therapy.

What to expect during your appointment

The clinician will speak with the parent or guardian, review the child's symptoms, allergies, medications, weight, medical history, and hydration concerns, then decide whether service is appropriate.

The appointment includes setup, a calm explanation of the process, IV placement when appropriate, monitoring, and cleanup. Pediatric visits may require extra time and patience, and service will not proceed if the child cannot safely tolerate the appointment.

The Kids Myers package uses a smaller fluid volume for children under 130 pounds. The clinician may adjust recommendations based on age, size, screening answers, and comfort.

Safety screening

Clinician screening is required for every pediatric appointment. Screening may include recent illness, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, urine output, allergies, medications, chronic conditions, prior IV issues, and whether symptoms are improving or worsening.

Children can become dehydrated or medically unstable quickly. If symptoms include lethargy, confusion, persistent vomiting, severe pain, breathing trouble, high fever, signs of severe dehydration, or parental concern about safety, seek urgent medical care.

Flow IV may decline pediatric service when mobile wellness support is not appropriate. The safest recommendation may be pediatric urgent care, emergency care, or follow-up with the child's clinician.

When IV therapy is not appropriate

IV therapy is not appropriate for emergencies, chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, stroke-like symptoms, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, severe allergic reactions, or rapidly worsening symptoms. Call 911 or seek urgent medical care in those situations.

Some clients may not be candidates because of medical history, pregnancy-related concerns, kidney or heart conditions, medication interactions, allergies, abnormal vital signs, or symptoms that need evaluation beyond mobile wellness support.

The clinician may decline service, recommend urgent care, or advise follow-up with a medical clinician when screening suggests that mobile IV therapy is not the right setting.

Hotel, home, and group appointment logistics

Flow IV can meet eligible clients at Las Vegas hotels, homes, offices, Airbnbs, and event spaces when access, parking, and a clean setup area are available. Please provide the room number, gate code, security instructions, parking details, and a working phone number before arrival.

Group appointments can be coordinated for families, wedding parties, conventions, or hotel groups, but every client is screened individually. A service that is appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another person in the same group.

Appointment timing can vary based on hotel access, Strip traffic, special events, clinician availability, screening needs, and add-ons. After-hour appointments from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Pacific include the listed after-hours fee.
