What to expect during your appointment
The clinician reviews medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, pregnancy status when relevant, and wellness goals before determining whether the service is appropriate.
The visit includes setup, screening, IV placement, monitoring, and cleanup. The infusion generally takes 20-40 minutes, with additional time for access, screening, or add-ons.
Questions about sexual function, fertility, hormones, chest symptoms, or persistent fatigue may require evaluation by the client's regular medical clinician before wellness support proceeds.
Safety screening
Screening may include cardiovascular history, blood pressure concerns, kidney or heart conditions, medications, pregnancy or fertility care, allergies, and current symptoms.
Clients using blood pressure, heart, erectile-dysfunction, fertility, or hormone medications should disclose them during screening because ingredient or medication considerations may apply.
The clinician may modify or decline service and recommend medical follow-up when symptoms or history require evaluation beyond mobile wellness care.
When IV therapy is not appropriate
IV therapy is not appropriate for chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, severe weakness, stroke-like symptoms, or rapidly worsening symptoms. Call 911 or seek urgent medical care in those situations.

Hotel, home, and group appointment logistics
Flow IV offers private appointments at eligible Las Vegas hotels, homes, offices, and event spaces when a clean, comfortable setup area is available.
Hotel guests should provide the registered guest name, tower, room number, security instructions, parking details, and callback number before arrival.
Each member of a group is screened separately. NAD+ add-ons require more infusion time, so clients should leave adequate room in their schedule.
